"Date of Visit: February 12, 2025 Today, we decided to try The Flats Eatery + Drink for lunch, and we weren’t disappointed! The restaurant is beautifully decorated, spotless, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were fantastic friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-portioned for the price. And as an Englishman, I was especially delighted to find a place that serves a proper pot of tea with milk, a small but very appreciated touch that made my day! I’ll definitely be returning in the near future. Highly recommend!"

"Our first experience at The Flats was a positive one. Comfortable and welcoming atmosphere and good service. The three of us ordered each a Greek Salad, we shared the Boneless Dry Ribs and Seafood Rosa, altogether paid $60. The food was reasonably priced and delicious! Can’t wait to try their breakfast."

"I’m just finishing a quiet meal here and I’m very impressed. The food was excellent. Couldn’t have been better, honestly. Atmosphere, on point. I had a wonderful young server named Diya who was honest about my menu questions, attentive and friendly. Helped me with a Christmas project I have in mind honestly! I definitely recommend this place. It’s my first visit and I’m very pleased."

"Had supper here on August 9/25 for the first time and wasn’t disappointed at all. We had the 1/2 rack Greek Rib dinner and dry ribs and Caesar Salad dinner. Excellent choice and the portions were perfect and cooked just right. Our waitress Kiatlyn did an awesome job and excellent customer service for sure! We will be back for sure and the price was decent too."

"My first time was a great overall experience. We celebrated my cousin's birthday there and we were welcome right away by Crystal who i think to be the best staff i ever encountered in NB. She's very kind, helpful and thoughtful, she's very professional and personable. All the food we ordered were delicious. Price-worthy dishes. Instagrammable dish and place as well. 5-star experience. Highly recommended!"

"So much I can say about this place! First, Crystal. Our server, who only works Tuesdays and Wednesdays went ABOVE and beyond her duties to serve our family for my father in laws 80th birthday meal. I truly mean this. She was great and a huge part of my 1st impression. I've been looking for somewhere to eat a great meal in NB and now I've found it. Secondly, was the food. Not only served hot and fresh and tasty, the salad was prepared very well and was topped with fresh ground pepper from the mill. Although it was just the starter garden with blue cheese, it was great. The main meal for me was the 10oz Ribe Eye and I wasn't disappointed. It was cooked to perfection. Everyone's meals around the table were delicious. Salmon. Alfredo. Pork cutlets. The atmosphere was quiet and our table was the large family table on the southside. At the end of our meal the staff allowed us to bring in cake, Crystal added sparklers and even began singing happy birthday to our old man. How great is that? Like, really! There is much on the menu that I will try as time goes by with my visits to this location. Keep it up The Flats, you're doing great!"

"Went for supper and ordered the Xtreme Bacon Burger, Seafood Rosa, and Southwest chicken bowl. Service by Crystal was relatively quick and smooth with good knowledge of the menu. Plates came with lots of food for the price and was delicious."

"Pretty good food. Server handled a problem with my meal very well. Facility is nicely done but you can tell it is a renovated old space with some odd layout features and a loud hollow floor. Priced in line with competitors. One complaint I have for all restaurants is the price of soft drinks $3.50 in this case. I realize they need to subside their costs but to charge dollars for something that costs pennies is a tough pill to take. Would recommend and would return."
